Project Details:
We performed a complete gut of this 2800 square foot South Surrey home. This home was redesigned and built to accommodate a young family upstairs and empty nesters / snowbirds in the downstairs suite. Upstairs, we opened up the kitchen/living room by removing walls. Work included new kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, paint, plumbing, electrical, added french doors, a new front door, new interior doors and moldings.
Downstairs we updated insulation (including sound proofing of the ceiling) and revised the layout to suit the tenants. upgrades included a new kitchen, living room, paint, doors and moldings, new bathroom and laundry.
