Here, we had a client contact us with a dream to add an Airbnb suite to her house, as well as modernize the curb appeal by upgrading her exterior. While meeting with the client, we were able to show her how we could utilize her old garage and foundation by building above it, and also recommended building off the side of the house to make it easy for her to live in the main area during the construction process.

Building above the garage was the best choice for affordable square footage, and a new side entryway was discreetly added. We upgraded the home with new windows, doors, and Hardie Board siding. The addition added beautiful new lines to the home, creating awesome street appeal; it looked like a new home!

This client was so pleased with the project that she had us back the following year to completely remodel the kitchen and living room of her main house.
