Project Details:

This full rancher (on acreage in South Surrey), required a complete interior demolition and renovation. We removed several interior walls and reconfigured the layout to become more open and functional. We also added the covered deck, front porch roof, and converted an existing carport into the garage.

Updates included siding, new windows, new deck, new paint, all new flooring, all new plumbing fixtures and bathrooms, new kitchen, an addition of an entertainment area and fireplace.
